Last updated: 23 June 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website millesimeticke.com (the “Site”) and the request of the free tickets for the opening event and for store access. By using the Site and requesting a ticket, the user accepts these Terms.
1. Owner / Provider
Millesimé Vintage Collection
Leidsestraat 64-66, 1017 Amsterdam, The Netherlands
VAT (BTW): NL8692198000B01
Email: web@millesimecollection.com
2. Subject of the service
Through the Site you can request, free of charge:
a ticket for the opening event;
a ticket for store access.
The tickets are entirely free. No payment, purchase or consideration is required from the user to obtain them.
3. How to obtain the ticket
To request the ticket, the user completes the form on the Site providing the requested data (first name, last name, email, phone, gender, city, date of birth). The ticket is issued and sent through the Weeztix / Eventix platform. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
4. Validity and use of the ticket
The ticket is personal and valid only for the event/store, on the dates and times indicated.
The ticket is non-transferable to third parties and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Owner may request an identity document to verify that it matches the ticket data.
Access to the event/store may be subject to capacity limits and venue safety rules; holding a ticket does not guarantee entry beyond the available capacity limits.
5. User obligations
The user undertakes to:
provide truthful and up-to-date data;
not use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
comply with the access and conduct rules in place at the event/store venue.
The Owner reserves the right to cancel tickets obtained in breach of these Terms or with manifestly false data.
6. Changes or cancellation of the event
The Owner reserves the right to change the date, location or arrangements of the event, or to cancel it, for organisational reasons or force majeure. In such cases, notice will be given via the Site and/or by email. As the tickets are free, no refund will be due in any case.
7. Intellectual property
All Site content (the “Millesimé” trademark, logos, text, graphics, images) is owned by the Owner or by the respective owners and is protected by applicable laws. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
The Owner provides the Site and the ticketing service “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for technical malfunctions of the Site or of third-party platforms, nor for damages arising from improper use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded by law towards consumers remains unaffected.
9. Personal data protection
The processing of users’ personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, where the Owner is established. It remains understood that, where the user acts as a consumer, the mandatory provisions protecting them under the law of their country of residence apply (for consumers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile).
11. Changes to the Terms
The Owner may update these Terms. The updated version will be published on this page with the relevant date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
